Welcome to Pix. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pixture services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pixture provides cloud-managed photo booth software including a web dashboard for managing templates, layouts, and booth settings, and a macOS and Windows desktop application for running photo booth sessions.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person or organization. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans

• Pix Starter Plan: Includes 1 booth with Default Templates at no cost.
• Day Pass: $5 per day, 24-hour activation with all Pix Pro features and no recurring commitment.
• Pix Pro Plan: Includes unlimited booths and full feature access. Billed monthly ($40/mo) or yearly ($25/mo). New accounts receive 50% off their first transaction for 1 booth.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to capture inappropriate content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application.
• Share or redistribute your license keys.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limitations or access controls.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with service operations.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos and templates you create. Pixture retains ownership of the software, documentation, and service infrastructure. The Pixture name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages arising from service interruptions, software bugs, or hardware failures during photo booth sessions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
